On a forum, I discovered a vendor advertising NPS offering at low prices to make people doing test orders and become convinced of the quality he provides. I wanted to make a test order for 50 Euros, after I had paid he said he could not take orders for less than 100 Euros. I paid the 100 Euros, but he never shipped the order and made me pay additional 50 Euros for a 50% reship. Although I can prove that he indeed did receive the additional 50 Euros, he would lie to me and say he didn't receive anything and would therefore not ship. When I told him, I would report him for fraud, he startet ghosting me.
This is one of his main wallets, he uses dozens of wallets, though.
