I rushed $200 BTC to him through cash app, a day later, he says I have settle the 20% commission fee your earnings in 24hrs. The next day he say hey I have your earnings, but I need the 20% commission before I can release your funds. 20% of the 4,000 so he wants $1000 to release a profit he says he has. They offer no refunds and so you have lost $200 unless you send him 20% of the investment. Complete scam.
