I have strong doubts about the authenticity of the person behind the photos and name this scammer is using. He claims to be deployed overseas and sounds African. He's repeatedly asked for money, citing difficulties accessing his accounts. About two months ago, he briefly video called me, appearing to match the person in the pictures, but this was early in our conversations. Since then, he has refused to video call or share new photos. I even requested a picture of his State Driver License, as he claims to be from Cleveland, Ohio, but he couldn't provide it. After digging deeper when Imy money was taken, I eventually discovered that this wallet was related to “ bicoin pig butchering “ scam which was already on a blacklisted watchlist by the Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) with ongoing investigations.
