identified a Barry Silbert impersonator channel on
Facebook. The account, “Barry Silbert”, is at url
facebook.com/barry.silbert.568632. The account’s
earliest post is dated 24 April 2021 and maintains
3,115 friends. The Investigator engaged the user via
Facebook Messenger and the imposter positively
identified himself as “Barry Silbert the founder and
CEO of Digital Currency Group”. Throughout the
conversation, he provided a WhatsApp number, and
Bitcoin wallet address. Carrier information for the
provided phone number x7380 leads back to
Bandwidth.com.

details for Wells Fargo Bank the following bank details
to transfer funds. The account details are displayed to
