Same as every other report. E-mail is always a copy pasta. Do not trust it as the threat i fake as someone reported he had no webcam yet the hacker somehow recorded him.
Not dangerous, however, do change your passwords. Mine was only used for my Netflix and about 20 days after receiving the e-mail, it was hacked but we did recover it by calling Netflix. If this happens to you, do the same, it is very easy to do.
