This person posts on Twitter that he is giving away $5000 to a random winner. Then he says he needs you to buy $50 of Bitcoin through the CashApp and send it to him. After that he asks for another $50. He says it’s to cover the 3% credit card transaction fee on CashApp. So instead of a legitimate grant of $5000 minus 3%, he asked for funds in advance.
