User is constantly creating free cloud accounts with google, amazon and other cloud providers. These free cloud accounts are sold to innocent users who use them to mine bitcoin, but very shortly (within days or weeks or hours) the accounts are disabled or locked by AWS, google, amazon or other cloud providers because bitcoin mining is against their user agreement policy. The innocent bitcoin miner is then "cheated" out of what they paid for (a working public cloud account to mine bitcoin with). AWS, google and other clouds have a policy and legal user agreements that prohibit users from bitcoin mining on their public cloud infrastructure.
