SCAM!

Around March 1, 2023, I got a text from a woman named Angie Lin about a golf tournament. She meant to send the text to different person. I responded nicely that she sent her text message to the wrong number. Thus began an extended texting conversation. She is supposedly a very young entrepreneur from Thailand.

She said that she is doing quite well in the crypto UpDown options market. She disclosed to me confidentially that she has an uncle based in NYC who has his own staff that perform technical analyses on the volume, momentum and price movement of Bitcoin. They are able to predict accurately the UpDown action of Bitcoin for given time periods. She said her uncle’s staff uses Big Data analyses. I wanted to start small. With some trepidation, I opened a small account with Paxful. I started with $20,000. On March 22nd, I did my first trades. I ended up investing over 2 million dollars, but my money was stuck, and withdrawals locked.

From my findings, I discovered that this wallet was already on a blacklisted watchlist by the Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) with ongoing investigations.
