Hi i need help with a refund I was scammed, I sent $400 today through cash app Bitcoin I was purchasing a dog they were supposed to be delivering the dog once I sent the payment after sending the payment he started saying he’s going to deliver the dog then told me I had to pay for shipping price I told him I wasn’t informed about shipping when I asked about the dog I was told he would bring the dog to me afterwards i told him I wanted my money sent back because if I wouldn’t known that I wouldn’t have sent it he started saying he will pay for the shipping and ship the dog I asked him for a picture of the dog while he was at ups so I can see he told me they had already took the dog and I never got tracking number or anything. Afterwards i started finding out he was a fake account pretending to be someone else when I confronted him to send my money back he removed me from the friends list and deactivated his Facebook account I’m really in need of help can someone please help me.
