I make a transaction with him on Paxful and it was successful so he gave me his phone number to chat him up on WhatsApp if I want to deal with him and His not online on Paxful, so I chat him up on WhatsApp and we make first transaction of $1000 which he paid me, then I told him I have $16,000 I want to sell to him he ask me to send it that he would credit me immediately then I send it afterwords his not replying me and his not sending my money
