I trusted a man who goes by the name Nicholas Pristash. He is currently traveling internationally for work (Buenos Aires, Argentina) . his permanent residency is in Boca Raton, Florida. He was born on October 30th, 1974. I met him on a dating app. He promised me the world and wanted to get me into investing in crypto. He said that he was using my money to invest in crypto for us. He had me transfer different amounts to his bitcoin wallet after buying bitcoin on CashApp. I was told I would be reimbursed for full amount and more because he wishes to take care of me. He had the check issued to me and mailed out. I received the check in the mail through UPS Carrier and deposited it. It was a fake check and now I’m having issues with my bank and am facing financial hardships. The individual has been tiptoeing around on paying me back.

I eventually discovered that this wallet was related to a scam which was already on a blacklisted watchlist by the Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) with ongoing investigations.
