Don't trust these sucker's. This scam has been going on for over a year.

First, there is no such thing as crypto recovery. It's a scam. Only the government can recover your money and it has to be a significant amount. So keep that in mind. No scammer can just hack a wallet for you and take your money back.

These guys suck. They prey on your vulnerability. They will analyze your case and give you all of this tech jargon. Then they will exploit the wallet and tell you that they hacked them. Then they tell you to setp up a wallet at a bug exchange like bitcoin.com. than they will send tainted coin to it and tell you the network won't accept it. Then they tell you that they will mine the btc. They will tell you to install an api and find a scam wallet like vinaem.com so once it installs, you will see the api moving. It will stop and they will tell you to contribute more funds to strengthen the wallet. This cycle will keep happening until they drain you completely. This dude has been in contact with me for over a year and I started to suspect thus. I lost a lot of money here. Don't be like me. There is no recover. Don't trust these guys. Their address is an empty office space.

Vinaem is the scam wallet they are using. My bank rejected transactions here. So don't fall for it.
