user receives email from fraudulent paypal (spoofed) - user contacts and is given IP address info which is flagged as public - using an external IP view (whatsmyip) the scammer knows visible IP and has user download a screenshare app - they then route funds through coinbase into their wallet as well as have user BUY new crypto assets via available banking applications.
