I was hosting a website VPS at BlueAngelHost. Had a problem with windows and the customer support gave me a link to a fix to fix the problem, when I clicked on the link it installed many viruses on my personal desktop. I tried to remove them with malware but the next day I had to reinstall my personal computer. Meanwhile the 20th May my Ethereum and Bitcoin accounts were emptied. For some reason the 2FA security at blockchain.info was bypassed. I have never received any 2FA confirmation.
