Paid promptly. No product arrived. No attempts at contact have been returned, over multiple days.
Attached picture clearly displays request for funds. In the left hand column note another email from that source, generated 30 min later when the payment had cleared.
Digging around trying to resolve the listed telephone number to a physical address I occured another ~90 scams that on further investigation will resolve to the same individual. I'll be dismantling those shortly.
