Oqex.io or Oqex.com crypto exchange is a SCAM.

I lost 0.44 Bitcoin worth $5500 on August 14th, 2020. I deposited but could not transfer/withdraw or even trade it. My account has been locked and there is no way I can withdraw. I have screenshots and videos to prove my case.

I requested over telegram or support chat to close my account so that I can withdraw but they denied it as "no refund". I even did KYC and it was approved immediately without any copy of ID and still, they want me to deposit more to get the access back to my account. If you report in their Telegram group, you will be booted immediately.

Basically, the money is lost once you deposit any crypto.

Here is how it works-
They attract you by showing you an arbitrage opportunity. Once you fall for it, they will lock your account and you will not be able to withdraw funds. For the first time, they let you withdraw, and then they limit your account the next time you deposit crypto.
Now they will trick you to deposit more money equivalent of what you have to withdraw previous money by saying you need to upgrade your account to institutional account.


As per them, they are registered in the UK and China.
