In September, 2019, I was in need of someone to help me out with my school assignment as i had a busy schedule then. I met a guy named Edward online, though i don't know him in person but i believed him as he promised not to disappoint me.
I gave him the work and he assured me that he can handle it, we agreed on a price and I paid him. Later he requested for another payment with the excuse that the initial one wasn't enough. I paid he again and he further requested for another payment. That was were i sensed his action as SCAM and decided not to make any further payment. However, we agreed that If you could not carry out the assignment, my money will be refunded. But after all my effort through text messages and calls, he never did refund my money back. instead he started avoiding my calls. Please I will be so glad if something urgent could be done to retrieve my money back from this Fraudster and also ensure that he and his cohorts are stops from defrauding innocent populace.
